Do you offer help on custom projects?

We’d love to help in any way we can! Please request a quote and we’ll do our best to provide a solution to your needs.

Can I get samples of your products?

Absolutely! We are not able to provide a printed mockup of your design, but we are happy to send you blanks of the product so you can make sure it fits your needs. Just let us know what products you’re interested in. It helps to include what you are using them for so we can help find the best fit for you.

If you are outside of the United States, we ask you to cover the cost of shipping.

Can I order lower minimums than what’s listed?

We typically do not offer lower quantities than what is listed on the site, however we may be able to help you find a low quantity option that fits your project. Contact us!

Can I get a size or color that’s not listed on the website?

Maybe! Contact us with your request and we’ll do our best to get it for you. Please note that our pricing will be different from the website on custom orders.

If I buy a product on Lumi, can I use it for my business?

If you buy a product made with your own design, you can do anything with it! If you are buying a product made from another person’s design, your usage is limited to our Personal Use License. In the future we plan to offer a commercial use license which you may purchase from the designer in order to use their graphic for commercial applications.

Can I resell your blank products?

Absolutely. Once you have the product you are free to do whatever you want with it.

Where are your products made?

That depends on the product! Most are manufactured in the United States, however we also work with factories overseas. You can find the origin of each product listed on that product’s details page. If you find a product on our site that is made internationally, we are most likely able to manufacture a comparable product domestically though pricing may differ. Contact us if you have questions.

Do you provide instructions for how to use your products?

Yes! Visit our Guides to learn how to use our products. We offer detailed instructions for using rubber stamps, vinyl decals, silkscreens, and most of our DIY options.

Can I order odd numbers of blanks products?

We currently sell our blank products by the case size. We are not able to sell odd numbers of blank products, but we are doing our best to offer the lowest minimums possible, while still keeping the price per blank reasonable.

Can I provide my own blank products for you to print?

Not at this time. All of our products go through a rigorous testing to make sure they can be printed consistently. We aren’t able to use blanks that you provide, because we want to be confident that we are providing you a quality product and print.

Do you match pricing from other suppliers?

We will always work to match or beat the price of other sellers. If you would like us to assess your current packaging, please get started by filling out this form – you will be required to provide an invoice or receipt with the stated price.

Please understand that we can only price match for identical products.

Can I order a blank version of your products?

We offer most of our custom products as blanks as well! We also have some blank products that you can’t get custom. You can find our available products on our homepage here.

Want something that you don’t see? Reach out to us to see if it’s something we can get for you. Even if we aren’t able to get it ourselves, we can usually point you in the right direction.

Are your packaging products food safe?

For products like mailers and boxes, we do not recommend that your food makes direct contact with the packaging. You can use our zip top or clear peel and seal bags, butcher paper, or liner to prevent your food from coming in contact with the shipping packaging.

How sustainable are your products?

Our goal is to provide the most sustainable and environmentally-friendly packaging products on the market.

Most of our bulk products are printed using a processed called flexographic printing. We strive to use water-based inks, which are much more environmentally friendly than solvent inks that are commonly used in many printing processes. This type of ink can be recycled so having custom packaging doesn’t mean your product will end up in a landfill.

Many of our products are made from recycled materials and recyclable. Additionally our kraft products are made from paper and are biodegradable. Additionally kraft products are produced and printed within the US so the footprint for these is much lower than packaging produced in other countries.

For eco-friendly packaging, these products are for you.

You can fit about 20 times more mailers than boxes on a single pallet, which can lower your ecological footprint in more ways than one. Not only will this save room in transit, mailers require less material to make and create less waste! You can learn more here.

Flexible Kraft Mailers - Made from 100% recycled content. Biodegradable and 100% recyclable.

Rigid Mailers - Made from 100% recycled content, 97% post-consumer. Biodegradable and 100% recyclable.

Expandable Kraft Mailers - Made from 100% recycled content. Biodegradable and 100% recyclable.

Poly Mailers - Not only are they waterproof but they’re also 100% recyclable! Made from 35% recycled material.

Gummed Paper Tape - This tape is made from paper and can actually be recycled right along with your box! If you’re using plastic packing tape on boxes, it will need to be removed before recycling your box. It uses water to form a bond with the surface using a plant-based adhesive. This tape is biodegradable and recyclable.

What does white or light colored ink look like on brown Kraft?

Many of our products are printed using a process called flexographic printing. This process uses a printing plate to lay ink down onto the surface of the product you’re customizing (mailers, tape, boxes, bags). This process is high quality and efficient. However, by nature flexographic printing doesn’t produce completely opaque prints with white or light colored inks. The ink will be semi-translucent, allowing the brown kraft background to show through. Here are a few examples of prints we have made for reference. If you have any questions about this please contact us.
